I wanted to write and tell you what a pleasant experience it was to deal with you and everyone else at Sandmasters. Everyone was so professional and responsive and patient. And my floors look fabulous. Sandmasters was able to transform 80 year old maple floors that had been badly abused over the years into a thing of beauty. We were out of town when Sandmasters refinished our floors and I was very apprehensive about what shape my house would be in when I returned. Corey and his staff cleaned up so well that I would never have known they'd been there if I hadn't seen the refinished floors! I am just SO impressed with Sandmasters and I will highly recommend you to anyone I know who is considering having floors refinished or installed. Once again, a big thank you for the miracle you performed - you are truly the "god of wood floors"! But even more impressive are the people you have employed - Matt is a perfectionist and Jim wouldn't leave til he picked one hair out of the finish and redid that area! They were awesome. To top all of that no dust, your invention "out the window" should be patented. I lost sleep for no reason. I kid you not - the stained glass lamp 3 feet outside of the bedroom had not one spec of dust on it. Hope to see you in a year - one more bedroom to go. Thank you and have a successful year!
